Collection Instructions:
For plasma samples: Store samples on wet ice and centrifuge within 2 hours of draw. Then transfer to cryogenic tubes and aliquot as necessary before storing tubes in the appropriate freezer.
For Serum Samples: Allow collected blood to clot for 20-60 minutes before centrifuging. Then transfer to cryogenic tubes and aliquot as necessary before freezing and storing tubes at -80C within 2 hours of collection.

Storage/Transport Temperature: Frozen @ -80C
Stability: 1196 Days while stored @ -80C from date of draw
Unacceptable Conditions: Samples stored at <-80C, previously thawed samples, or unlabeled samples.
Normal Human (Plasma & Serum): 27.3 - 73.2 mg/dL
ULOQ/ALQ: 80mg/dL
LLOQ/BLQ: <5mg/dL
This test has been cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration and is used per manufacturer's instructions and per Exsera's SOPs. Performance characteristics were verified by Exsera in a manner consistent with CAP/CLIA requirements.
